Hi there,

I wondered if you would like to use our official OPML in BeyondPod:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/opml/bbc_podcast_opml.xml

Perhaps you could put this in as a preset of available Podcasts from the BBC?

Though I have noticed it's perhaps not as nice as you would desire - if you suggest to me any changes or additions to the OPML markup to improve how it appears in BeyondPod then I can put it on our task list.

Alan,

I am a big fan of BBC programming and will be glad to add the BBC OPML to the presets.

As of the suggestion to improve it, you can probably use the NPR podcast opml ( http://www.npr.org/podcasts.opml ) as a model - the feeds there are organized by both topic ( Books, Business etc.) and Source (Radio Station) so it is a bit easier to find what  are you looking for.
One thing I would add to the NPR structure is "Most Subscribed" folder with links to the first 10...15.  most popular feeds there.

I will let you know when the new BeyondPod build with the BBC OPML included is released (hopefully sometime this week).

(If you need to contact me directly, you can send e-mail to support at beyondpod.mobi.)
